Rock on. . . so i recorded a set at the Knitting Factory of the Friendly Bears and i thought it was going to be a disaster. They got rushed on by the venue so i had to set up my recording equipment while they were playing their first two songs, and then there was all this digital clipping for a bit while i got the levels. . .and since they were in the middle of their set i wound up stuck squatting in the back right corner of the stage behind the baritone guitarist, his amp, next to the trumpet/vocalist, and in front of my computer. All in all i thought it was going to be a disaster.
But when i set up my equipment again at home and gave it a listen, it seems like its very salvageable. . .at least 10 times better than i expected it to be.
SO i'm gonna go work on makin that sound nice for a while.

mmmmmmmmmmmm, venison sausage and peppers!
****Ok, sorry to keep doing this, but . . . .
I'm sitting here watching TV waiting for the 11:30 Simpsons to come on when i saw that fucking Coors Light commercial where the guy is in the eye doctor's office and he keeps on saying the one seeing double is better. Then he's on the beach watching two of the same silicone chick in a bikini playing volleyball. Now i know that sex sells, especially beer, whatever.
But what pisses me the fuck off is the hypocrisy in a Pro Life company like Coors using sex to sell an intoxicant that impedes ones ability to make rational decisions, and then funnelling money into the govt. to take away the people's right to make a rational decision later on that might wind up saving someone from growing up unwanted, etc.
This may be of interest to some of you. This is not meant for everyone, so if you're offended by Pro Choice propoganda DONT CLICK ON IT. I'm not here to thrust my opinions on anyone or here for a political debate. I may be going depending, although i'm not a big fan of protests. (i think there's better ways of going about getting changes and think that protesting is a waste, but. . . .)
