I'm about to sit down and dine on a succulent piece of salmon steak and some roasted veggies my mother made for me. I'm really enjoying my "post-vegetarian" phase now lol.

Dio mio, that sounds delicious! I am soooo jealous of you! My family is Italian and for some reason my mother who prepares tasty and traditional meals has never fed me any pasta dish like that. I'm gonna have to have a word with her!
