Fun weekend .. . .but spent wayyy too much money. Got a new SM57, and i just arranged to get two used AT 4033's with Blue Kiwi cables for $400

ex to move back from LA because they're his mics....And my G4 just arrived so i can set up my Digi002 and start kicking ass.
Dropped about $200 hanging out at wine bars over the weekend. . . . which is the exact opposite of saving money to move. . .but sometimes i just need to get the hell out of this house lest i get stabby.
I was so mad too, because i totally forgot that saturday was fucking valentine's day, and if i'd remembered that i totally wouldn't have went out. But luckily the place i went to was just like any other night . . .and i also didnt get to the bar until 12:15 anyway. . .so all the damn fru-fru couples who arent normally out and in my way had probably gone home already.

Then on sunday was dinner with the family @ the grandparents which gave me 8 headaches because everyone in my family yells, and no one waits their turn so there were 6 people yelling over each other and me sitting there trying to eat .. . . but the food was mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm so i guess i'll deal. Speaking of food, i'm hungry again.

I feel your pain.....that sounds like dinner at this house too!! No one getting along and people blowing up whenever they are in a foul mood....
