I'm sick of writing songs, getting 70% through, and then . . . nothing. Nothing i try works. No direction i go seems to be suitable.

i know what you mean, it happens to me too. i get some idea for a song and then act upon it and chase it down the rabbit hole and in the the end i'm unsatisfied and start all over again.
