soo...last week was pretty busy for me. barnaby and i started off the week spendning some time at my parent's wonderful beach house. we drank, and stayed up too late, and looked at the ocean. it is still too cold here to go swimming. while we were at the beach sam called and asked if i would take him to vermont, so we left the beach, returned to providence at around 2 in the morning, and left for vermont around 9 that same morning. vermont was beautiful. i have been there many times, but summertime in burlington always makes me feel good. we ate lots of good vegan food, played with gigantic doggies, and visited many friends. we stayed a little too long, and ended up returing to providence at about 1 AM, and i had to get up at 5AM to catch my plane to chicago. chicago was the best part of my week. i spent the long weekend there with my parents and brother for my cousin's wedding. the wedding reception was amazing. i was a huge party at the drake hotel right in downtown. the band was great (something i thought was impossible for a wedding band) the food was very fancy, but also tasty, there was an open bar, and champagne and both red and white wine was aways flowing. my cousin looked gorgeous, and seemed so happy. i caught the bouquet! out hotel was the best i have ever stayed in. i also got to spend a wonderful time with me family. well...i spent most of yesterday sleeping. it we a fun but exhausting week.
