5 days now without booze. Been to the gym the past 6 out of 7 days (missed yesterday 'cuz I went to Boston to visit mom in the hospital - she's doing well, thank you). Actually getting to bed at reasonable hours. And I've lost a few pounds already - yes, that is the goal.
Weekend is nearly here. Roller Derby tomorrow, unless it rains. Going to Six Flags Saturday. Meeting a friend in JP for brunch Sunday. He just got a condo there. Probably see mom again while I'm in Boston.
