So, here's the concern.... it's been brought to my attention, that I will not say 'I don't know.'

appearently, people have noticed that. That's a bad thing, I''ve got to change that. I have to say, I don't know, I'll find out. That's the only solution, appearently. It's hard, I tried it today..... I've got to stop being some kinda know it all, dammit.

I'm reactionary, I'm always ready to spring, to react .... I need to slow it down, think, then act... I've been preparing all my life to 'spring' into action, to just perform. Now? In my work environment, I've got to change my nature.... it's not who I am, but it is who I have to be while I'm there.....

I'm going to take this week to learn to do things right... within two weeks ... a lot of responsibility get put on my shoulders, I need to bear it correctly, and ask for help, or notice when i need help. fuck it's going to be hard. But I can, I have to change it. I have to be 100% sure during performance.
