What can i say... it's been grueling 4 days of night work... i did get a lot accomplished despite hobbling around for the first three ... I think I'm ready to get back in the gym today!!! yah! I should probably just swim...
I've figured out... seriously though serious though and introspection and historical personal data that.... baby ducks are harbringers of difficult personal times and growth for me....
