here was the best part of going to the Belmont Stakes.... I drove 4 hours to watch a horse run for less than three min. .... We got there right before post time, Deb insisted on waiting in line at the ladies room instead of having me escort her in the men's...
I panicked and didn't think my bets through.... honestly the 3 horses I had in mind came in.... damn... "whats 10 times 14000?" Deb kept going on and on about it.... because i told her my horses before hand in the car....and kept reminding me of it..... anyhow.... there are some pics from the track coming....
Oh...we almost missed the race because... Deb wanted to drive through lower manhattan instead of taking the GW bridge... I told her... it's a bad idea, and she's like... i'm sure it'll be just like downtown chicago.... so instead of fighting with her about it..... we went that way... and yeah it was like chicago X 50, traffic wise.... so what did I hear for the rest of the weekend?? I want to move to NYC.

I'm off for the rest of the week... i'm going to run and run and run at the gym...

Growing up with a racetrack down the street and around the corner makes it very difficult for me to understand your willingness and desire to drive four hours to watch them run around. I prefer to visit them and feed them and such.... No, I don't "relieve" them. Kinky or perverse????
