SUCCESS WITHOUT MONEY!
So I've been endlessly hustling around this city for about 3 years doing a little bit of theater, and a whole lot of comedy. Now it seems like it's all catching up to me, and I have a bunch of higher-profile exciting stuff. This summer I'm doing sketch, improv, or theater festivals in : New York (two separate fests), DC, Austin, Minneapolis, and possibly Seattle. I am incredibly excited (!), but I will make almost no money at these - and defintely not enough to cover expenses. Plus, I'll be missing out on work. It was the best of times, etc...
So if that book the Secret is real on any level whatsoever,I just thought I should put the idea out there - I would love be artistically satisfied (finally happening) AND paid for it. I know it's crazy, I know in the arts, that's beating the odds. But it's what I want. Maybe it's a punchline in and of itself.
