So I packed this week to go to Dallas, Texas. Got there, the job went quick. Like, really quick. Less than one day.
So I called my travel coordinator and let them know that I was done, and needed another assignment. She said she was going to find me something so I wouldn't lose hours. Cool.
She found me a job. In Chicago. I packed for a week in Texas, with weather hovering around the 60s (F) for the week, and now I've been sent to Chicago, with temps in the 20s.
Lovely. At least I brought my coat, but had I known I was going to the Midwest, I would have brought some long sleeve shirts and a heavier coat.
But hey, I'm in Chicago. I know about the bean, and deep dish pizza, but what else should I know about here? What's the good beer? The local place to get a single slice without paying shitty tourist prices for shitty food?
Anyway, hit me up. Tell me the inside info. And at least the temps are above zero.
