He is so cute!

So on Wednesday I went to the beach with my ex-girlfriend and still friend Tori.

(This is us at the Homo-Coming Dance at Sonoma State)

We had an incredible time. The sun was shining, the sand was warm and we had the beach to ourselves. We ran and made sand castles and sand boobies and played in the waves and saved a beached starfish and talked about life and loss and love and everything in between. It felt so good to catch up with an old friend. My heart is still so happy. Tori delivered some kind of mind boggling news that I am still processing but despite that, the day was fantastic. I need more days like this in my life. Makes me realize how much my job depresses my spirit...
