I went and did a tasting at the caterers with the parentals and Jas. It was PHENOMENAL! Here is our menu...

Main Menu
Stuffed Chicken Breast with Smoked Mozzerella and Spinach topped with toasted pine nuts and marsala-maple sauce
Grilled Tri-tip with Merlot Jus Lie topped with Port Wine-Caramelized Onions marinated in red wine, soy sauce, ginger, lemon and garlic.
Pasta Al Cepo with Sicilian Pesto
Roasted Garlic Rosemary Potatoes
Seasonal Veggie Sautee
Then after eating all of the scrumptious food, we went and did a tasting at the cake lady. Whoa! That is all I can say. I wanted to keep eating it. It was so yummy. This is what it is going to look like:
The bottom layer is going to be lemon cake with strawberry buttercream filling
The next layer will be chocolate cake with a rasberry and chocolate chip buttercream filling
The next layer will be a white cake with chocolate buttercream
And the anniversary layer will be the lemon and strawberry.
Can I get a hell yeah?
And lastly, I ordered my dress and picked invites. I think I am pretty damn proud of myself.
