I am so tired. I helped a friend move tonight and I am beat. I need sleep like a crack whore needs rock. eeek

I am feeling very melancholy and low tonight. I can't pin point it, but my heart hurts. Tears are the best medicine, bitter or sweet. Tonight there is nothing but bitterness...
