Easter is coming!

Speaking of special occasions, on April 5th, I will have been married for a decade. How do ya like them apples?

I could have never imagined a year ago that we'd be where we are now as a couple.

With getting settled over here, we weren't able to have a huge 10th Anniversary party like we wanted, so instead, we've started planning now for a ridiculously awesome week of fun for our friends (yes, SG friends too) here on Maui next Summer (2008). Keep an eye on your friend's threads for updates.

I had no time for phone tag or drinking this weekend and I'm feeling it. Work is consuming me right now and what kills me is I am going to have to go find another part-time gig while I'm waiting to go full-time since it's taking so fucking long to get approved.

Things are shaping up down there at least. They fixed the rainspout so a torrent of water is no longer streaming through the broken windows, and I now have a couple of push brooms so we are working on clearing the quarter inch layer of dirt that's been on the floor since we moved in. It's going to get worse before it gets better though. The black clouds that arise when we're sweeping give me carcinogenic looking boogers and make it hard to breathe. Anyone have a spare respirator?
