been there, done that. I remember when they were hiring more people and I thought I was not pulling my weight and was goign to be replaced, but now I realize that we all have such a huge work load and they only bring people on to help shrink it down to make everyone more productive and not be in reactionary mode all the time. So dont sweat it, you know they are growing so no big deal. 
I rather get out of work when its dark out then work all day and still have 5 hours or light outside. weird.......
ps. I was the one who ran over your cat by accident, but when I realizd what I did, I backed over it again TWICE....to make sure I got him/her.

I was filling out a job application at Toys 'R Us about 10 years ago and I remember one of the questions was:
