So I just got back, well an hour and a half ago. I ache from all the hiking, but it was a blast! Nothing like going to the wilderness, cooking raw meat over a wood fire, scaring off bears nightly that would come within several feet of you and your food and sleeping on the ground in a tent to reconfirm your masculinity.
It was nice pulling back up into my parking garage next to my baby. I know she missed me. Tomorrow I'm gonna give her some quality time, have some guys give her a sponge bath, open her up on the road a little bit. Its amazing what a materialistic thing like a new car can make you so happy. But I suppose since I lack it in the female side of things, she does quite nicely filling that void.
Tomorrow going to Marina Del Rey in the afternoon to cut my hair, starting to get shaggy. Also gotta try and come up with a way to repair a botched job. Leave for two days and hell breaks loose...
