I work at a promo marketing company.
we put logos on pens, mugs, awards, trophies, plaques, embroidery, screen printing, etc.
but we do some props.
(we did a lot of props for the movie RENT)

Sikorsky....what do I say? I actually am an Apache Helicopter mechanic, but have also worked on lots of Sikorsky A/C too, so I got a call from a company called Enherent to work at the plant(which one?) but not as a mechanic. These were all office jobs, which would probably be better for my career in the long run, but not what I DO. Ya know?
I'm a mechanic, damnit!
The recruiter is in a hurry to fill the positions so he's being pushy. I'd hate to leave here to move somewhere and regret it. I live in the Netherlands right now.
The guy didn't give me alot of info about the area so I'm having to make a decision off of no info. I just am wondering how much things cost, when do the season's begin and how bad is the weather, what are the people like, is there anything to do there, how bad are taxes, prices, etc...
Basically, what's it like to live there? Is it financially worth it working for Sikorsky and being a single person living alone?
What did your dad do for them?

Why am i at work on a saturday? Isnt' it enough that i have to be here monday through friday. I suppose I shouldn't complain too much.

I have one of his fine sporrans already! It's a nice blue number with green tassly bits that I can twirl! I showed it off at the Celtic festival in Pennsylvania a couple of years back. He's a pretty cool guy and very reasonable! He told me how to pack my kilt for my trip Stateside.
