Well I'm feeling much better 
Been taking my sweet ass time but eventually I'm back to normal and can eat again 
On that note.... While I was at the doctors I got weighed and I'm only 6 stone 8. (43kg) and I'm 5 foot 4 tall
This is TERRIBLE!!!!
So opperation fatten-me-up has begun!

eat full fat butter,milk,double cream etc.lots n lots of chocolate.that'll make ya feel better
