well i dont have much to carry on about with this lame ass routine that i call my life some times i love the army some times i dont but i just quit caring so that all pass quikly any way enough of that. the most exciting thing i have going is im gonna start a new run routine and try to cut bout 30 lbs so ill wieght bout 120 outher than i have nothing any ways have fun with life curt
