The closest friends hurt you the most. Some of mine stabbed me in the back big time. Me, I never forgave them and I never will. No second chances with me. If someone is willing to hurt their "closest friend" they are willing to throw the friendship away. Thats my story and I'm sticking to it.

I need to lose some weight. 
After the breakup, I lost almost 40lbs cuz all I did was go to the gym.
I've started to get lazy and I'm gaining it back slowly.
Somebody told me that if you lose a lot of weight quickly and start to gain it back, it's twice as hard to lose it again.
I hope they're wrong.
