I need to lose some weight. 
After the breakup, I lost almost 40lbs cuz all I did was go to the gym.
I've started to get lazy and I'm gaining it back slowly.
Somebody told me that if you lose a lot of weight quickly and start to gain it back, it's twice as hard to lose it again.
I hope they're wrong.
