Nearly a month - OUCH - I'm slacking. Not only have I not updated in AGES but I've not had time to catch up with other people either. (SLAP on wrist) Right where to start...of course as always - with pictures
Tragique =came to visit YEY! We got to catch up properly and she got to catch up with some old friends as well., I saw someone I haven't seen since I was a scraggly teenager and I nearly cried when she went back to Scotland but I plan to visit her before the summer is over.
Why I let people take pictures of me when I am half asleep I will never know
I went to see History Boys and Georges Marvelous Medicine at the Theatre with another good friend who likes to think he's cultures (He's lovely) I love the ones that are meant for children and adults - Such a vibe gets going and everyone joins in - you cant help but smile - oh man I sound like an adult again - or a magazine review - Bugger!!!
My friend from Uni turned 20 on the 1st of April and we celebrated with a trip to the Casino
It was a great night and I beat an all time record - walking in at 5.20am I walked straight into the wall. (considering I am not a go out every week and I don't drink a lot I think that's quite good) (so jealous of people who have the energy for that)
Then the day after that a friend from Secondary school I stay in touch with gave birth to her second child, a baby girl who is so cute its untrue. She already has a son and they are the spitting image of each other. its crazy. I went to her sons 2nd birthday party last week and there were glow sticks and everything.
I feel so grown up, I go to weddings and birthdays for friends children and things - all I used to do was go to meet friends and we would stay in the same place all day having a laugh
On another good note Mirishal Came to visit last Sunday, I havn't seen her in months and she bought her very charming Bf with her. We decided after much conversation on food and vomit (don't ask) on getting curry (when we actually found the place to pick it up from because they changed their name ) and watching Red Dwarf - and now I am on the hunt for a Mr Flibble hand puppet. (any suggestions greatly appreciated)
She left some Tofu and mash with me to try and it was GORGEOUS, my bf liked it so much he licked the plate afterwards. I need you to come and be my personal chef lady!
On a more serious note I fired my therapist! well I didn't actually say 'you're fired' but that would have felt so good considering she was annoying me so much. After nearly 14 months of being under the same person going through the same thing over and over I really didn't feel it was helping, according to her I should have seen an improvement after 6 months and because of this she suggested adding 6 months to out time - no thank you - 8 Years this has been going on and I have been so looking forward to this summer. Its the last one before I graduate and have to find a job and stuff and accept that Ill be 25. I have Italy planned which I am totally on target for savings for, I don't want it to go down the pan because my therapist thinks I need to be locked up and have time to think. HA. sorry slightly pissed off, anyway. I have decided to go it alone for the summer - Ill be logging behaviour and all that to see if there are any changed good/bad but I think it might actually be good for me. I realise going against medical advice is not generally considered a good thing but consider that the medical team still have no idea if what they are doing is even helping and they still cant put a name to chat I have I'm not feeling guilty at this stage.
PHEW!!!
Right well I am off to do housework and uni work and maybe play some SIms 2 which Tragique has got me newly addicted to (despite her actually wanting me to get the Sims 3 )
