On Saturday, we went to go see Carlos Mencia at the Comedy Zone in Charlotte. I think his material is very funny, and I recommend his show Mind of Mencia on Comedy Central.
However this update is about what happened after the show. Carlos Mencia went outside the club to sign autographs and talk to fans. There was a table set up with his merchandise (cd's, t-shirts, caps) and he signed EVERYTHING. For EVERYONE. He talked to us as we went through the line to buy some cd's.
I appreciate the way Carlos Mencia treated us (and his other fans at the show). Staying to sign all those autographs, and then go straight into two more shows - that's something you don't see...EVER. So kudos to Carlos - thanks for a great evening!
