Ok. Back from vacation, finally. I went to the Wilmington "Fried Food Fun with a side order of Shopping" Azalea Festival on Sunday, and it was wonderful. The weather was sunny and perfect, the smell of funnel cakes was in the air, and the (three) azalea bushes on the riverfront were in bloom.
Now I'm back in the real world, dealing with selling the house. Bleh. Spending money to purchase a house, that I get. Spending money to sell a house? Not so much.
Twisted real estate logic aside, I'm still excited (and very ready) to move to NC.
