The SGNC Halloween party was a blast. SGNC is made up of some really creative folks - everyone's costume was great.
I dressed up as Velma, from the Scooby gang, and you know what the hardest part of that costume was? The orange kneesocks. Really. I had a hard time finding something - even though it was Halloween, the season for orange! Everything I looked at had decorations on them - I finally found a plain pair and will hold onto them for a while. It was hard work finding those socks!
I'm off this weekend to Texas to see the in-laws and catch up with some old friends. So, we won't be at Southernbelle's, but I look forward to seeing everyone next time!
PS - We handed out all our Halloween candy and had to shut down at 730pm. I'm left with one Tootsie Pop and some candy corn. Next year, I'll have to get the 5 pound bag of candy!
