Well, whats new? I tried to attend one of the SG Chicago's events recently, the 9/15/07 Notre Dame game at a bar downtown. It was way too crowded, and sadly I didn't even get the chance to meet anyone from SG, so overall, it kinda sucked. Maybe I'll be able to attend the next CD party.
Been drinking a bit recently, mostly out of stress from work, worrying about my parents, and dealing with the whole "I'm the only one of my friends who isn't engaged/married/expecting kids" thing. I get to go to a birthday party for a bunch of my friends that I've known for over 20 years, so that will be fun, though on the invite, it was kinda aukward to see my name as the only one without a guest.
On a happier note, I get to go to the NIU Homecoming game on Oct. 13th and then that night I'll drunkenly wander through a corn maze with about 12 people. Its just something new to do, so I'm pretty excited.
