I had the pleasure yesterday of standing up at my first wedding. Yeah, it was on Sunday, and yeah, I'm beat. With all of the work and running around that I've been doing, what with tux rental, rehersals, and drinking, I havn't had any time for myself in the last few weeks. Here are a few highlights of yesterdays events:

-15 Minute Ceremony, 90 Minutes for pictures.

-One of our photographers looked like Xerxes from 300 with a grey suit.

-The dancefloor acted as a natural divider in the reception hall, with all of the Polish Catholic Groom's friends on one side (close to the bar) and all of the Pakistani Muslim Bride's friends on the other side (far from the bar).

-I stood up with a behemoth who was a bitch to boot (she barely cracked a smile) and who's boyfriend stunk like a Phish concert

-I, for the life of me, have no idea how to put on and successfully adjust suspenders.

-Before the Bride and Groom entered the reception hall, the wedding party got out lightsabres and created a walkway ala the Marine Corp for them to walk under, much to their suprise (the new couple, not the Corp), which led to...

-A drunken lightsabre fight in the main hall, much to everyone else's suprise

So anyone else have any good/bad wedding stories?
