What a day !

It started off great chatting to some good friends in Geezer chat, and then very quickly spiraled out of control.

I met my client at the studio at 11:00 AM to do a + - 3 hour Tattoo.
An hour into Tattooing,i received a phone call that my farm was on fire.

Apparently some local poachers decided that the grass was too long,and the buck were using it to hide...so they set 3 of our farms on fire in order to clear all the natural bush.

I stopped what i was doing and rushed home.The whole place was on fire!
I spent the last 5 and a half hours trying to save what i can.
Thank goodness the 3 houses are okay...but i wasn't let off lightly.

I lost our barn(that i just spent 4 weeks building)(and a considerable amount of cash)
About 1.5 km of my fence line is completely gone.
My electric gates at the farm entrance are destroyed
My 350 chili bushes are all gone..
The 5 acres of Indigenous Aloes(that Ive spent 4 years growing) are all gone.
Not to mention the 100 Acacia trees that i planted 4 weeks ago.

I suppose the good thing is that no one was hurt...all my animals are okay...and i still have a roof over my head.

I think I'm going to go have a nice shower now...and perhaps even a little cry.

Fuck i really do hate humans sometimes.
