Feeling a little bruised and sore right now.Had a bad off yesterday ,whilst practising for an up coming race.I spent 4 hours in casualty...under observation....because i knocked myself out....yet again.

Doc reckons another concussion could have serious long term effects.

Must admit though.......my newly pregnant wife is not amused. whatever

the wii is amazing so many good games to play.. in this crappy economy it's a cheap nite at home with friends
