I just smoked my last cigarette ever. Quitting for good. Me and my friend Jamie are doing it together, and if one of us smokes, the other has to be a vegetarian for two weeks. We drew up contracts and everything.

You should go look! It might help to have people to talk to about it and like I said before i'm here if you want. 
Yeah I see it as pointless cause you just keeping your body filled with the shit but if it helps you quit in the end thats all that matters! Yes you are so right, I found that the worse. You'll get through it and move on, one day you'll look back and feel silly for smoking and allowing something so small and useless control your life. x
