So another bout of depression has set in. Came on last night resulting from a variety of factors that I'm not prepared to go into now, but it's here to stay. I've been here MANY times before and the only thing to do is to ride it out. That's why it's Saturday night and I'm sat at home with a bottle of wine and some Counting Crows and Yo La Tengo.
In semi-related news, I spoke to a counselor a few days ago about my sleeping issues (DSPS, look it up) and today I registered for a GP on his advice. It's likely that I'll need to either receive light box therapy or spend a few nights in a sleep clinic so they can monitor me.
Fun times lie ahead.

It's pretty easy to just ride it out, but it depends how long it lasts. Sooner or later I run out of money to buy booze, which is pretty much integral the the process.
