I did something inexcusable today. Inexcusable because I'm not a professional musician...and I already have a few guitars.

Anyway, I bought another guitar.

While I can't excuse it, I can rationalize it. 0 apr. A steady job...money coming in. Also, I haggled the guy to under 2k "out the door." That's 1500 off list. But nobody pays list...

And it makes me happy.

Sue me.

In other news, the movie has moved only inches toward financing. I may have to have a lead actress I don't want. Or not. Not worth mentioning right now, but it's moving slowly.

OF COURSE, the slower it moves...the more the clock ticks toward the possibility of it not happening at all. Dreams shattered. Tears. But at least I'll have a new Les Paul Standard. Good thing I can actually play.

Why no, I didn't just make a major purchase just to stave off depression. Why do you ask?
