I think i might finally have found a place to do my externship. Alons bakery. i have to be there at 3 am to work a test shift to see if i like it and if he likes me. im not very good at bread baking so this will be some good learning. hopefully after awhile i can move over to doing some of the plated desserts and pastries and such cause i really like doing that. i really hoping to get the job today so i don't have to take that damn drug test in the morning
