if anyone call tell why pic wont update, please let me know...everytime i submit it, it says that my profile has been updated, but the
pic doesnt change.
grrrrrrr.

you subimitting the picture in JPG format, not the other one?

you're clicking the SUBMIT button underneath the name and the location of the picture, not one of the other SUBMIT buttons? (I still do that all the time.)

try renaming the picture so it has no spaces or funny characters. (it probably shouldn't matter, but just to be sure.)

honestly....im at my wits end. the funny thing is is that when i first signed
up with SG i had MAJOR problems..and then realized that for some reason
i could not get into SG with Explorer...only Netscape..so i am positive that is something
with a browser issue. Apathy..help!
