Well, I just learned that a local art gallery - where I have exhibited my drawings alongside 80 other artists - is closing down. The gallery operated for five years and hosted three HUGE shows per year. There are other local galleries where I can still exhibit my work, but this is a real blow. I loved this place and its closing fills me with profound sadness. So, today is a shitty day. I have to resist the urge to go and order a pizza (which is what I do when I'm down). I just had a pizza yesterday (when I wasn't down), and my arteries wouldn't forgive me...
