Time to post another new portrait of an SG member. I took a slightly different approach this time, and looked at three different photos for the poses, and then drew pieces of the poses together in one drawing. I had fun with this approach (I've done it in the past, but not for a while), and may use this style again. What do you think? Do you like it? Do you prefer the single pose portraits or this style? Anyway, thank you to the beautiful TYRA for granting me permission to draw her. More art to come soon.
The usual disclaimer: All fan art is drawn with the permission of the relevant model. If any one is interested in me doing a drawing, please let me know, I don't charge anything and just ask that you allow me to post the results here on my page. I never trace anything: it is all drawn freehand, and hope that some of my own style comes through while also achieving a decent likeness. I'm not the best artist in the world but I feel my work has a "rough charm." Comments are welcome.
