Happy Labor Day! How is everyone doing? Today's portrait is one I drew of my pal Jessica from New York, who is not a member of SG but maybe she can be inspired to join. I have drawn hundreds of pictures of her, and she has been immensely helpful to me in learning to hone my skills. She has posed for me nude and clothed, in slingshot bikinis and garments designed by a friend of hers, and in all kinds of wild positions (
) even smearing herself with paint, whipped cream, and pancake batter - not all at once! I also posted this image on my deviantART page, and thought it would be fun to share it here, as well. This is not my most "polished" piece from a technical perspective but I still like it.

This coming weekend (September 8 - 9) I'll be in Merrick, NY at the Merrick Fall Festival doing caricatures and selling art prints. If anyone lives in the area or happens to be on Long Island that weekend, please stop by and say hello! (The preceding has been a shameless plug)
