Hell of a busy week. And a wierd (or even odd, if you prefer) Saturday night.
Saturday I did feck all during the day, then was prepared to go out and face the world by nine pee-em. I stepped out of my door to find a gaggle of hyperventilating girlies, a smashed window, and blood literally running (maybe even pouring) down my stairs. Not nice.
I spent some time looking after (ie buying a pint for) the Aussie girl from upstairs who has a phobia of blood, then headed out to the gig I was meant to be attending. My good friends Yer Maw played again, and damn fine they were, as ever. the world just isn't ready for them yet.
Coming attractions: Too much work (at home and at the 'official' work), acting as DJ-on-standby for the moment my friend's girl goes into labour (which will undoubtedly be while he's in the middle of a set), and the SGUK Manchester drinking session, which I have yet to find a way to pay for. Anybody want to buy my body on Friday night, so I can have few drinks?

Ugh.. Too warm.. Typos come courtesy of going from dazzling sunlight to dark (sadly, not much cooler) interior. I feel stripey zigzags are the order of the day. I really hope it cools off JUST for Friday, since i can think of better places to be when its 24c on a friday at 4am... Answer: NOT Rockworld.. Heres hoping we roughly HALF the temperature for the weekend... I've posted a link to the star and garter website, since I reckon we may start the night there.... Its on the SGUK board, I think..
