Oh man I have been chilling all week with my friend JK she is a pastry chef and man can she make pastries. Everyday she has been bringing me heaven on a plate. I managed to gain three pounds but I loved every bite.

Gateau Pithivier
Puff Pastry and Almond Frangipane topped with a light dusting of powdered sugar.
