well it is now the first!! i have to make a cake at home tonight for one of my friends. his daughter turns three. little Lupita...ahh how i love that name. Anyway, i was going to make 2 quarter sheet cakes, cut them in half and add the filling, but the one cake is too thin. i hate making cakes at home cuz im not a good baker. at work i just decorate....damn. anyway, i hope it comes out decent.

Making layer cakes at home can be tricky. My worst experience happened when i tried frosting it before it was cool enough. What A Mess!! It was a yummy mess tho
