Another restless night...💋

I know I should start settling down for bed but I just have so much going through my head lately! Ugh! Help! Does anyone out there have any good remedies for shutting off my mind and going to sleep?

@metlar already took to that method of relaxation, sometimes it works like a charm and other times it gets my mind wandering even more :-)  @facingforesight I have never thought to write things out that is a great idea I am going to give it a shot! Thanks for the suggestions!
