So it's been two months since I received the Cease & Desist Demand from a law firm representing Prema Toy Co. I had sent them a responce and got the little certified mail postcard back saying that someone at the law firm had received the letter on 6/24/2003. I have heard nothing, not a peep. I'm hoping this means they realize that my website hasn't a damn thing to do w/ the character Gumby at all. Of course once I put things back to normal I will have to document this incedent for all to read and that will be the only time I mention the character Gumby on my website.

Just reminds me of an old joke from Dragon, w/ the TSR people being hassled by the Tolkein people so no one at TSR could use the word 'ring' so rather then say ring they would say 'circular metal band'. My favorite quote "Some one answer the phone, it's circular metal banding"
