Not that I give two shits about MTV, but the VMA's last night were the biggest disorganized piece of shit award show I have ever seen. I mean, they used to excite me with all the great acts performing, and now they are full of lip syncing pieces of shit who think if they lip sync and dance we will be entertained.
However,
The highlights, Serj from SOAD playing "holiday in Cambodia" with Foo Fighters (which I didn't even get to enjoy, because they cut to a commercial), Pat Smear playing a song with the Foo Fighters, and Justin Timberlake/ Timbaland (who I like and I am not afraid to admit, they are both VERY talented) dog MTV twice for not playing video's any more.
But overall, a MASSIVE lump of shit disappointment.

i don't have cable, or watch tv, but my roomate youtubed britney's performance and i almost died. it was horrendous and an embarrassment. i''l have to youtube the foofighters performance (love them) and justin timberlake....*drool* haha

You stole the words right out of my mouth! Justin Timberlake and Timbaland are AMAZING. I only caught the tail end of the show, so I got to full enjoy JT's amazing dance moves. The lip syncing was ridiculous. Everyone had tracks playing behind them, but only a few were actually singing along with it. Serj perfomring with Foo Fighters was awesome.
