I know exactly what you mean. I was working for a bank call centre not too long ago (got the boot last monday haha), and when people would call me to activate their visa cards, they would always say "you people" to me, as if I had something to do with their number getting stollen, or their bad experience at the branch or what-have-you... that's one of the many reasons why I am happy to say that I no longer work there. (now it's like freelance lawn maintenance and house cleaning haha)
