Hey kiddos. Things are good here. My Mac should be back from the states any day now, followed shortly by my iPhone. Things I've learned on this deployment...
- Iraqis are not ready for democracy.
- iPhones are not waterproof. Be careful when you are pulling your pants down near toilets.
- I really like shooting M1911s and will likely buy one when I get back to Colorado.
- There hasn't been an album that has excited me released in almost four years. There are great albums, mind you, but nothing that makes me wish I was a rock star who wrote that album...
- I don't miss alcohol.
- The psychology of PTSD is very interesting. I think I have chosen my next career field wisely.
- East Stroudsburg University's admissions department is lazy as shit.
- AppleCare is worth its weight in gold. In 2009, I've had over $2000 of repairs done at no cost.
