New Atmosphere album = AWESOME. Recognize.

I also picked up this Aesop Rock and Chemical Brothers mix from Nike/iTunes. I have realized I have precious little good workout music (Blaqk Audio being a huge exception--a treat to run to that) and saw some 45-minute mixes designed exclusively for running. So here I go.

I have an exercise plan. I will be sore for the next month, I predict. Very good. I also have new diet advice. Chicken and Veggies will be 90% of what I take in. Fortunately, there is such little choice of food here it's not like I'm missing much.

I'm debating bringing the camera out tomorrow. Let you guys see how I live. I'm already in bed with the lights out and don't feel like changing that, so pictures will wait.

Take care!
