okay so i'm going out on a limb here to let you into my strange mind
however i think i am the one and only person that gets excited about a sunburn
i finally got one!!
first i'm excited because i will have already burnt once before warped tour thursday
because well thursday is gonna suck.
i will leave looking like a lobster. lol
secondly i am excited because it means i actually went outside during the day not at seven or eight at night. hahaha
cause recently i don't make it outside much in daylight
except to walk to work and walk home.
have i mentioned before that packing sucks.
also renting from newlove sucks. they are mean landlords.
i went in today to get information about moving out because
the idiots gave everyone the papers taped to their doors about moving out
that is everyone but me
so i go in and say "i noticed the blue sheets on a couple of doors about their lease ending soon.
however i didn't get one and my lease ends july 31st."
old hag sitting in chair "are you sure you didn't get one. we put them on all the doors with leases ending this month"
me to hag "mam i am sure i didn't receive one. and i can't see someone taking it off my door for their own use. it would do them no good. do you by chance have extra copies?"
hag "i just don't get how you don't have one. i'll check." hag walks away all huffy puffy. brings me back a new sheet.
side note this rental company being the jackasses that left me without heat/hot water/electricity/etc for twelve days because they didn't think it was an electric problem when my lights flickered and my stove didn't work and my vents didn't kick on and my outlets were nonfunctional...then the hot water heater stopped kicking on as well. they sent maintenance five times telling him i was too stupid to change a lightbulb. for christ's sake yes my hair was blonde but i'm not retarded. i can fix plumbing in a toilet i better be able to change a damn lightbulb.
hoooooray for being gone in a couple weeks from this place
no hoorays for working tonight...
however there are several for getting to see the wifey soon!
and for warped tour thursday!
and for going home friday!
and for drinking with paul this weekend...
as well as three days off together from both places!!
