Waking up in Norfolk ... memories of a night at a hotel bar that was partially occupied by the cast of RENT (who had just finished thier last night in town) and a limitless stream of Vodka & Cranberry's. The excitement of being with "show people" and all the pretty boys that took a moment to talk to me (as they tend to do; I guess I just set the gaydar off). It's funny how enjoyable a crowd like that can be - relaxed, playful, fun and open. A fun night followed by another morning of sleeping in... and today I get on the MS Maasdam for four days of "work" at sea! I can't even imagine what will go on between now and when we dock in St. Thomas.
