Everything is fine. My mom's out of the hospital and in a rehab to relearn how to use her left side. This was all expected and this is the positive next step.

My sister just called. According to her EKG, my mom had a stroke sometime during her recovery, AND NO ONE TOLD US.

So yeah, that happened.

So this is what happened last night.

Fuck! They admitted my mom on a Friday night, so no one checked to see if they had her anti-seizure meds. After missing two doses someone FINALLY mentions that to us, so I track down the one doc who will give her the meds. NOW I'm running all around town trying to find someone who has this stuff on hand! FUCK!!!
